On September 8th, 2023, Superintendent Pekel communicated non-public guidelines that gender transitions of students would only be reported if parents asked about it happening to their child.
On July 16, by a vote of 6 to 1, the RPS Board of Education voted to adopt a similar policy. Please subscribe to receive our report. We appreciate the Board's discussion and call for correct and lawful reasoning and care.
